It's been a busy spring for us at Rachel Reider Interiors. Along with kicking off serveral new projects, we were featured in six magazines. Here are some extra details on four of them!

**MODERN LUXURY INTERIORS**

We love working in our own neighborhood of Boston’s South End and this urban home in SoWa’s Jordan Lofts was a dream come true. Our client’s wanted the home to reflect their downtown, modern sense of style and the team at Rachel Reider Interiors proved to be a perfect fit. We delivered a sophisticated haven in the city with metallic finishes and warm textiles which are tough enough to entertain family and friends in their new urban oasis.

**NEW ENGLAND HOME - CONNECTICUT EDITION**

It’s not every day that we are called upon to redesign an 1882 Queen Anne Victorian home and the excitement was palpable around the office when we were awarded the business. We travel a bit outside of Boston for whole-home projects and when our Manhattan clients called about their Connecticut country house we came running. They love old homes with character and this unique house on a quiet street in Southport fit the bill perfectly. We helped the family put their own personal stamp on the home, all the while keeping true to the Victorian architecture. The end result is truly transitional, colorful and comfortable so everyone can relax on the weekends and enjoy their time outside the hustle and bustle of New York City.

**BOSTON HOME**

Our latest boutique hotel on Martha’s Vineyard was created with local hoteliers, Charles and Anne Hajjar, and we were happy to find it featured this month in Boston Home Magazine. Neutral furnishings with pops of regal purple create a royal escape with a coastal, soothing vibe. Seagrass rugs and rattan elements keep the space light and beachy, while the modern forms and graphic patterns add the right dose of sophistication for design-savvy travelers.

CAPE COD HOME

We have met a lot of wonderful clients since opening our doors 13 years ago and hoteliers, Charles and Anne Hajjar, are among our favorites. Our journey with them started at “The Sydney” hotel in Martha’s Vineyard, with the addition of 14 guest rooms in a new structure architected by Patrick Ahearn, FAIA. This article talks about the three Edgartown hotels we have designed with the Hajjars over the years and we feel truly inspired to work with such creative and daring clients who are bringing a soft modern sensibility to Martha’s Vineyard.
