A unique group of women from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, our team’s decades of collective experience span destination-based experiential homes and luxury boutique hotels. Putting collaboration and innovation to the forefront of our original modern design approach, our passion and award-winning know-how perfectly positions us to take on the most creative design challenges to create unforgettable and always original design experiences for our clients. From creative leadership to operations, each member of our team plays an important role in fueling our promise to fulfill this goal. Rachel Reider
Kicking off with our fearless Creative Lead and Founder, Rachel has proven herself time and time again as a trailblazer in the industry and a creative pioneer when it comes to the design of luxurious modern interiors. After founding Rachel Reider Interiors in 2006, Rachel led the creation of 22 boutique hotels and numerous large-scale family homes. Drawing from her years of family travel for inspiration, Rachel’s particular interior design expertise gives her invaluable insight into how to create that same memorable experience for other families.
Carla Ryan
And at the center of all we do and the very first point of contact is our Director of Operations, Carla. Rachel’s right hand, Carla brings exceptional organization and client-focused care to Reider + Co, giving our Design Team everything they need to provide exceptional client service. Carla’s past experience in client services (including 18 years at the Harvard Club of Boston) coupled with her warm, personable, and fun personality is a driving force behind her ability to nurture strong lasting relationships with our clients and industry partners.
Kristina Ranaldi
One of our two Senior Interior Designers here at Reider + Co, Kristina leads the firm's boutique hotel and restaurant projects, bringing her extensive hospitality design background and a Master of Arts in Interior Architecture from UCLA to the fold. She is on the ground overseeing the day-to-day operations at all of our expanding Rhode Island projects along with our numerous hotel projects. But Kristina’s ability to use innovative materials in unexpected ways is where she really shines. If she’s not in the office or traveling the world, you can often find her on a construction site where she feels right at home.
Erin Kelleher
Erin holds an M.A. in Interior Architecture from the New England School of Art & Design and brings her expertise in space planning and interior architecture along with her extensive knowledge of vendors and sources to our team. As a Senior Interior Designer at Reider + Co, Erin uses her valuable experience in interior architecture from working at other local high-end design firms to support our client projects with out-of-the-box thinking in terms of architectural details and executing furniture layouts in AutoCAD. Erin’s calm demeanor ensures smooth collaboration with architects, builders, and other partners involved in our projects.
Jess Kaplan
An extroverted, multitasking genius, Jess’s role as Project Manager here at Reider + Co includes managing multiple projects and applying her technological savvy to help keep everything on track. Her construction background, including launching WS Development's first Class-A office tower, brings invaluable expertise to our residential and hospitality projects. Jess continuously applies her organizational skills and previous construction experience to support our Senior Designers.
Nana Nakazwe
And where would we be without Nana? As Procurement Specialist and Design Assistant, Nana leans into her incredible intuition and knack for organization to ensure our projects stay on track. Truly the engine behind our client projects, Nana effortlessly stays on top of pricing and procurement of all our design elements and furnishings. And her attention to every painstaking design detail, deadline, and location is no small feat.
