Catching Up With Rachel

So many of you have asked what I’ve been up to these days. Well, here’s a quick update with everything you need to know (and more!) on the latest happenings in my world today and in the exciting months ahead.

What an incredible year it’s been so far. Behind the scenes we have been moving in so many exciting new ways. I’m constantly reminded of the important role my team and I play in our client’s lives being asked to design a home they love. I’m humbled by their trust and extremely grateful to be working amongst so many talented craftsmen and vendors in the industry.

From kicking off new projects all across New England to welcoming our newest member, Carla Ryan to the RRI team, things continue to move at a rapid pace. And we welcome you to be a part of it all! In January we kicked off our new Instagram series,  “Catching Up With Rachel” where we are sharing the inner workings of our projects, from beginning to end and everything in between. So if you’ve always wanted to know more about our design process, be sure to follow us on Instagram.

Last month I was honored to be named “The Modern Master”  in Modern Luxury Interiors Boston’s “The 50” list. It’s a list of incredible showrooms and tastemakers that are making tremendous impact and strides in the design world. I encourage you to check out the full list of showrooms and tastemakers. Huge congratulations to the other 49 included on this list. I’m really thrilled to share the honor with all of you.

Looking ahead, next week I’ll be a guest lecturer at Rancho La Puerta Wellness Resort and Spa in Mexico. Of course, I'll be talking about all things design including what to look for when hiring a designer, what the process looks like, how to better define your personal style and my go to design tips and favorite paint colors. This opportunity is really heartwarming for me. I have been visiting the ranch for more than a decade with my mom so it's an honor to be invited as their guest speaker. I’m thrilled to be able to share my insights with others (and be able to disconnect from devices a bit!)

That’s it for now. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy month ahead.

Until next time,
