Our latest hotel project is a sprawling 5-star resort with ocean views. The new owners, a development group, knew this beloved classic needed an update that would charm guests for the next several years.
The project includes the reimagining of all the existing guest rooms, as well as appointing rooms in newly constructed buildings. We took an elegant and timeless approach, using details such as grasscloth, breezy draperies, and art and fixtures that evoke a nautical feel.
This coastal modern design also extends to all public spaces. Our responsibilities include furniture floor plans, interior architecture, all FF&E drawings and specifications, and working with a purchasing agent to ensure design intent is achieved. This project is a collaborative effort in conjunction with the ownership, hotel management, contractor, and architects.
